Pretty Packages

I love pretty packages and I love to wrap pretty presents! Here are 2 presents I wrapped up tonight (Bethany and Lyndie don't look!)
The boys and I are headed up to my mom's for a week. I am looking forward to a week of pure chaos! We will have 7+ cousins together at any given time! I am so blessed to have such great siblings, and that my kids such great cousins. I grew up with my cousins as my best friends so I want it to be the same way for my kids.

Here are some of my latest paper crafts, all inspired by the Sizzix Top Note die. It has become my favorite crafting necessity!

So Very Tweet

Here is a box I made to hold the "Sweet Surprises" that I will be giving away at each of my stamp club workshops! I took a chipboard box and covered it using the Delicate Dots designer paper. I edged the top with the Eyelet Border punch. For the inner edge I used the Scallop Border punch. I then used the same paper to cover the On Board So Tweet chipboard pieces. I used the Top Note Sizzix die to make the tweet label. I punched the corners with a Crop-a-dile and then added the bows at the corners with the White Taffeta ribbon. (all supplies are through Stampin' Up! except the box - I picked that up somewhere along the way and I don't remember where now!) Above is a sneak peek of what will be in the box this month :)

Star Door (or wall) Hanging

I made a star hanging this weekend, using the Sizzix 5 point star die, SU Ski Slope designer paper and SU Little Felt Flurries (and a lot of glitter!). I strung it up with silver wire, curled the ends, added some cute ribbon, that I stole from my mom, and voila!

Scrapbook Pages

Here are my latest scrapbook pages (plus a cute fall frame). On the fall page I used one of the scraps from the Sizzix Top Note die as a frame. I love to be crafty as well as thrifty! I am a year behind and desper - ately trying to catch up!

Why I love Fall

So here is a book I made using the Sizzix machine with the Top Note die and a Zutter Bin-it-All machine. I think it turned out really cute. The next one I am going to make will be for my photo - graphy, filled with tips and reminders for my camera and flash.

Once I saw the tutorial on how to make one of these I had to try it! I am pretty happy with the results! The link for the tutorial is here.

Project sneak peek

Here are just a few of the projects I have been working on for my Holiday Time Super Saturday (which will be on Nov 22nd so mark your calendars!). It has been so good to be able to get into my crafty groove. Now I just have to get the boys in bed so I can work on some more projects!
